C-M / Gantt Center / National Fine Art Tour Fundraiser

Beta Delta Boulé, Charlotte, North Carolina, and the Chambers-McCain Foundation hosted a National Fine Arts Tour fundraising benefit for the foundation. This year the Chambers-McCain Foundation and the Harvey B. Gantt Center partnered with the renowned E&S Gallery in Louisville, Kentucky, to host the tour’s opening night reception at the Gantt Center in Charlotte on November 8, 2019. Art patrons enjoyed wine and light appetizers as they viewed the exhibition and met the featured artist, the truly talented Sherry Shine, whose work is insightful and inspiring. Fine art collectors were able to see more than one hundred original and limited edition works of art by post–Harlem Renaissance master artists Elizabeth Catlett, Jacob Lawrence and Richard Mayhew, along with such best-selling contemporary artists as Kevin A. Williams, Woodrow Nash, James Denmark, Twin, Charles Bibbs and, of course, Sherry Shine.
